How do I edit and delete my records?
In Card View, records may be edited by clicking on the “VIEW” or “DETAILS” button on any record entry. In Grid View, click on the pencil icon in the leftmost column of any entry. These actions will open an edit form allowing you to save or cancel any changes.
To delete a record, click on the trash can icon in the top right of the card or leftmost column in Grid View and confirm the deletion.
Is my data secure?
Yes, LockVault utilizes modern security standards to ensure your data is safe. All records and information fields are encrypted with record specific keys and stored in a separate, secure environment.
Your inserted information is not transmitted in clear text or stored in clear text.
How much is LockVault and how will I be billed?
LockVault provides simple and straightforward pricing. You may choose whether to pay monthly or annually.

All charges will also include an additional sales tax, which varies depending upon your jurisdiction.
How is my payment information stored?
LockVault does not store your payment information directly. All transactions occur securely through a payment processing platform.
How do I cancel my account?
You can unsubscribe by deleting your Vaults or through the Subscription page here.
What if I can’t get into my vault?
If you cannot access your account, try resetting your password here. In case of need for additional support, a request may be made via email to support@lockvault.com.
Can I share my Vault information with trusted user(s)?
Yes, trusted accounts may be created in two ways depending upon the level of access you wish to give them.
Vault Profiles are limited, read-only accounts that may only view the records you choose to share with them. Click on the Share icon following the title on any Vault page to enable Sharing Mode. When active, you may add new profiles or select an existing profile to manage the records that are shared with them.
Vault Users are accounts with full permission and no limitations to the pages they can access. All records are available for them to view and edit. These users may be added on the Vault Users page inside of the Admin category.

What can my trusted user(s) do with my information?
Permissions depends on the type of account created for the user.
Vault Users are granted full access, allowing the ability to view, create, edit, or delete existing records. All Vault pages are available for access to Vault Users and they may see all records for the page.
Vault Profiles may only access the pages that have records shared with them and the data displayed to them on each page is limited to the specific records that have been selected for sharing. These users may only read the information on shared records and cannot make any changes to them.
The Access Logs page under the Admin category keeps a record of all activities performed on your Vault. This page allows you to see exactly what your trusted users are doing with your information.
At any time, permission may be suspended from any user or profile by visiting the Sharing Access page under the Admin Category.
Do you sell or share my data?
No, LockVault does not sell or share your data.
